My teaching style and motivation to teach prenatal, postnatal and family yoga stems from my desire to draw from a place of honesty and experience.  I wanted to offer what I had been looking for when I moved to Mississippi, but couldn't find.  My aim as a teacher is to help everyone feel included, nurtured and heard. Now that my daughter is old enough to join my group classes as my assistant, she attends all of my family flow yoga classes around Metro Jackson. She reminds me daily why I teach -- to stay flexible in body and mind. I attribute all that I have learned about my body from listening to it speak during yoga classes I attend, my personal practice and the classes I teach.  As a result, I believe yoga has given me the ability to enjoy so many more years with her and my family.     

My current private and group yoga class offerings include Family Flow, Prenatal, Babies & Bellies Combo, Yin / Restorative, Alignment, and Vinyasa Flow classes.

Bring the whole family!


A gentle beginner level Vinyasa Flow with modifications for prenatal/postpartum and simple explanations given to learn the foundation yoga postures along with basic breathing techniques. Babies can become part of the yoga practice for caregivers, older children learn postures alongside.

Caregivers will learn how to find their calm in the midst of the excitement.

Bond with baby, learn to connect daily, listen to changes & explore weekly body balancing!

A gentle and meditative class to help you navigate all the changes your pregnancy brings. Connect with other pregnant moms in your community, bond with your baby and learn relaxation tools, comfort measures and laboring positions that will carry you through to parenthood...


Mothers learn how to find their calm, move with comfort, and make informed decisions with confidence.

Gentle Yin & Restorative Yoga

Your bliss awaits!

Yin yoga is a slow paced series of passive floor postures that are held for 10 or more breaths to encourage release and opening, targeting the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. It is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga.


Suitable for most levels, and props are available for support during the meditative holds.
